Like its tiny namesake, this coffee is delicate yet full of life. Each bean is carefully washed and sun-dried to preserve a clean, balanced flavour, capturing the true essence of Mexican coffee craftsmanship.
Smooth and medium-bodied, it’s perfect for filter brewing, cafetiere, or espresso, and when paired with milk, the sweetness takes flight.

Discover the rich, inviting flavours of our medium roast Mexican coffee from the renowned Finca Monte Azul in Chiapas, southern Mexico. Grown at high altitudes (1,200–1,600 metres) in fertile volcanic soil, these single-origin coffee beans benefit from shade-grown farming that preserves biodiversity and enhances cup quality.
This family-run farm, Don Pepe, has been dedicated to producing exceptional Mexican coffee beans since 1992. The beans are carefully washed and slowly sun-dried, resulting in a clean, balanced profile that perfectly captures the essence of Chiapas coffee.
Expect a smooth, medium-bodied cup with natural sweetness and flavours of brown sugar, toasted nuts, and a delicate hint of cinnamon. The medium roast highlights the warmth and complexity of Mexican coffee without overpowering the palate, making this ideal for filter brewing, cafetiere, or as a lighter espresso. A generally light roast, with a good dark chocolate aroma. It delivers balanced sweetness against a dry, drawn-out finish. It has a subtle smokiness that sits just on the right side of ashy. A well-balanced coffee that keeps the citrus and sour notes in check, but still retains some brightness.
